| Bio: | I'm a 20-something white girl who was raised in rural Missouri. Switched from public school to home schooling at the age of 13, and with my free time I discovered obsessions. First science fiction (Star Wars at first, later XFiles and Farscape). Next came the Beatles. Then I rediscovered my childhood love of baseball. Like everyone else in Missouri, I was born a St Louis Cardinals fan. Eventually I also became an Oakland A's fan (through the slash). In 2007, I moved to California for a job at Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation and a chance to appreciate Rich Harden in person. Fell in love with a girl (who also happens to be my best friend) and moved to Maryland to be with her. Now we have the dog, the cat, the house, and the white picket fence (okay, it's a gray chain-link fence). | |||||||||
